มอนิเตอร์โมดูล FMM-1 เป็นโมดูลระบุตำแหน่ง (Addressable) ชนิด Dry-contact normal open แบบอินพุท ที่ไ่ม่ต้องมีไฟเลี้ยง จึงไม่ต้องต่อสายไฟเลี้ยงโมดูล 

ใช้กับอุปกรณ์ที่ไม่ต้องอาศัยการรีเซ็ทในตัว กับพวกอุปกรณ์ที่ไม่ต้องมีไฟเลี้ยง รองรับการต่อสายได้ทั้งแบบ 2 สาย (2-wire) Class B กับ 4 สาย (4-wire) Class A หรือจะใข้ตรวจเช็ก (Monitoring) สถานะของอุปกรณ์อื่น เช่น Flow Switch หรือ Supervisory Switch จากระบบปั๊มดับเพลิง หรือระบบสปริงเกอร์ดับเพลิง เป็นต้น

The Notifier FMM-1 Monitor Module is a standard-sized module that supervises either a Style D (Class A) or Stle B (Class B) circuit of dry-contact input devices. For use in intelligent, two-wire systems.

Applications:
Use to monitor a single device or a zone of four-wire smoke detectors, manual fire alarm pull station, waterflow devices, or other normally-open dry-contact devices, May also be used to monitor normally-open supervisory devices with special supervisory indication at the control panel. Monitored cir-cuit/device is wired as an NFPA Style B (Class B) Initiating Device Circuit, A 47Ohm End-of Line Resistor (provied) terminates the circuit.
